- Payment data: We do not collect or store full payment card details. Our payment provider, Paddle, processes all transactions and related payment data.

- Communication: confirming bookings, responding to inquiries, sending updates, and providing support.

- Paddle: our Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, invoicing, tax compliance, and related customer service. Paddle processes transaction data as an independent controller.

- Professional advisers: legal, accounting, or tax professionals when necessary.
- Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
